Yes you can, however it's been revealed over the last week that most big banks have stopped lending to SMSF's to purchase property so you may find it harder to finance the purchase. You may need to speak to your accountant about updating the investment strategy of the SMSF to allow borrowing and seek financial advice for loan approval.
