I'm up to the 'quiet time' jobs, like painting, laying villaboard and preparing for tiles.

Time To Do The Quiet Time Jobs

As you can see, when the sun goes down it gives you a chance to do the quiet time jobs like laying the villaboard.

Painting The Exterior

We've started painting the exterior this morning, and on this side we have to use the roller (not the gun). It is a little bit slower this way, but we are not doing too bad. It's only a small side of the house.

The name of the colour is Miller Mood.

Painting Underneath The House

We painted the entire underneath of the house today using a spray gun. And it is unbelievably quick to use a gun, but it does use a lot of paint.

We did an equivalent job on slats on the balcony earlier which took 8 hours. And this probably took about an hour. So there is quite a difference in time, but you certainly use a lot more paint.

Finishing Off The Villaboard In The Kitchen

Just finishing of the villaboard in the kitchen, ready to put the tiles down. Luckily we have a nail gun to do this.

Ready To Lay The Tiles Now

The villaboard is now down for the flooring, and ready to tile. The toilet and the roof is plastered. In the bathroom we managed to nearly complete the corners today.
