So now I'm back in sunny Victoria and back to work. Reno's over so I'm giving you guys a recap of what's been done in the final 2 days.

By the way, I got everything on my list done and the only job I left to the people there was to remove the support for the mirror that I stacked just before I left the door.

So here's the last couple of jobs that we finalised:

  • Blinds were all up
  • The grout and tiles for the splash back were done
  • The deck was stained
  • Final paintings were done on the rear balustrading and fascia board on the decking underneath that split the two levels
  • I replaced a broken tile on the front porch (that I couldn't find in stores anymore) with timber of the same size and made it look like the tile and stacked it on

Now we're just sitting back and waiting for the valuation and hopefully it will pay off.

The Final Day Has Arrived

Today is our last day in this property. It's good to see that we have a clean backyard now. It must have been 5 or 6 tons of plain sand there which I was able to disperse around the block.

A Quick Post Reno Video Tour

I'm just about to walk out the door but here's a quick video tour of the inside, deck and backyard of the property.

The First Story's Clean Look

So this is now how the underneath of the house looks like. The graffiti are gone and this place is now a nice storage area.

Last Video Of The Outside

I'm taking this one last video of the house's outside before I get in the car and head back to Victoria. Second reno project is accomplished!
